Once you sign up for the subscription program, you will be able to choose your bike. To activate your subscription, we will charge you a one-time fee of $0.10.

Your first monthly payment will be charged at the shipment of the bike. For the S/A5 the monthly contribution is 135 USD and for the S/X3-Renewed it is 85 USD. You will be committed to the first 12 months at the monthly rate of your bike choice. After that, you'll have the option to cancel your subscription on a monthly basis with no penalty, or buy the bike for its market value at that time.

Subscribe to the program to ride your very own VanMoof for a monthly fee. Once you've subscribed, we'll ship your bike directly to you. Your bike will arrive ready to ride after you've completed a few simple set up steps. You can find a quick video to show you everything you need to do to get out and about in no time on the S/A5 or the S/X3 - Renewed.

A handy rear carrier or an extra charger never goes amiss. You can buy extra accessories for your bike online or in any of our Brand Stores. Any accessories you buy are yours to keep.

All Renewed bikes are refurbished, in AA-condition, and ship with a 1-year warranty. Renewed bikes have either been returned by other customers, have had a little knock in the factory, or are from a previous generation. Of course, all bikes have been given a full Bike Doctor checkup and ride perfectly.

Once you subscribe, you sign up for a minimum period of 12 months. After the initial 12 months, you can unsubscribe from the program monthly at no extra cost – just let us know and return your bike to us. It might be worth keeping hold of the original box, just in case you need to ship the bike back to us.

We build VanMoof bikes to be city-proof in every way. But if yours needs some extra love, we're here to help. Go to your My VanMoof account to make a repair appointment with us.

Ouch! We hope you're ok. Please get in touch with our Customer Support team and they'll help you arrange a replacement bike or assist you otherwise. Accidents are not covered by our warranty or Peace of Mind.

Simply report it stolen in the VanMoof app and our Bike Hunters will get straight to work. You’ll be charged $98 each time this service is required but whatever happens, if your VanMoof isn’t found within 14 days, we’ll replace it at no additional cost.

You will get a bike of similar age and condition to your stolen bike, or a bike that is available in your company's bike fleet.

If you leave your bike with us, we try to offer you a replacement bike to use while your bike is being fixed. We can’t make reservations for our replacement bikes, so it's on a first come first serve basis.

You can upgrade your ride anytime! Start a new plan for a VanMoof S/A5 and ride your S/X3 until we deliver the new ride to your doorstep. Once your S/A5 order has been placed, we will send you an email with information on when you can return your S/X3 in one of our VanMoof stores. Your old subscription will be cancelled once the bike has been returned and we will only start charging you for the new subscription at delivery of the bike.

Please note, upgrades only apply to upgrade to an S/A5.
